Information we collect

For a pickup order, we collect your name, contact phone number, requested pickup time, selected products and quantities, estimated total, optional notes, and a pickup reference. The website records the request before you open WhatsApp. If you send the prepared message, WhatsApp also processes that message under its own terms. Existing account holders may also have an email address and securely hashed password on file.

How we use it

Staff use order records to confirm availability, prepare and hand off purchases, call when a pickup is ready, review past requests by phone number, and investigate repeated false orders. Staff may block a number from placing further online orders and can later remove that block. A phone number is provided by the customer and does not independently prove their identity.

Access and retention

Authorized staff can access orders, purchase records, inventory movements, blocked numbers, and audit history. Records are stored on the configured business server. Artex will set a final retention schedule before launch.

Your choices

No account or location permission is required to place a pickup order. You must press Send in WhatsApp for the store to receive your request there. Contact Artex about your order or data at sales@artexproduce.com.

Security

Staff access is protected by sign in and access controls. Public deployment requires HTTPS, server backups, and an appropriately protected database.
